Installation & Project Management
From point of order, B & K Structures involve our entire delivery team; headed by our Operations Manager, we appoint a dedicated Contracts Manager and Surveyor to the scheme and hold an internal meeting to brief everyone as to the offer and scope of works, from this point forward the client will be advised who has delivery responsibility from B & K Structures.
The contract team will then coordinate the design, drawing office, material ordering and product quality, prior to arriving on site, at which point our Site Manager will be introduced to the project and he / she will be on site everyday as the senior member of the site team. The Contract Manager and Surveyor retain overall responsibility throughout the project delivery.
This process applies to all products within our scope of works, from the structural frame, roof and wall envelope.
